Pu-erh is the original “on the go” tea. Compressed into easy-to-carry cakes, it was used as currency along ancient Chinese trade routes. This raw pu-erh tea is made from naturally aged leaves with silver tips. It tastes sweeter and greener than ripe pu-erh, which undergoes additional processing to become fully fermented.
