Mexican Adobo
Based on the Spanish word meaning "to marinate," Adobo is Mexico's all-purpose seasoning. Historically, it has been used for preserving meat. Adobo is great for grilling meats, creating rich enchilada and mole sauces, and adding spice to guacamole. Great for seasoning:
